6. Appointments & Cancellations
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.
7. Access to Property
Customers must provide safe access to treatment areas and disclose any known hazards, prior treatments, or sensitive conditions before service begins.
8. Service Disclaimer
While we strive for effective pest elimination, complete eradication cannot be guaranteed in all cases due to environmental conditions, structural issues, or re-infestation.
9. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
